- Requirement
The business process starts with the visit of our Resource Manager to the client’s premise to learn about the requirements, understand candidate criteria and company budget. |
- Short listing
We take great efforts to ensure that we deliver the right candidates, all the time. We are equipped to deal with any Resource Requirements and especially in the diamonds & jewelry Vertical. Every effort is made to make sure the candidate fits the required profile perfectly.

- Interview
A final list of Candidates is prepared after an elimination process which is based on the benchmark provided by the Client. Short listed Candidates are called for the initial interview at your premise.

- Follow-up
After the Client interviews the Candidates we make it a point to keep track of the result of the interview and communicate with the Clients and the Candidates. |
